We are going to provide you with the items you will need for each group.  Remember, though, if you are planning on making any of the 17 Day Diet recipes, you will need to get additional ingredients.  Be sure to stock up on all of the ingredients so you are able to eat the foods you want throughout the diet.

Vegetables

Vegetables will clean out your system and help you lose weight.  You have lots of options when it comes to vegetables, including:

  • Artichokes
  • Asparagus
  • Broccoli
  • Cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Cauliflower
  • Celery
  • Cucumbers
  • Green beans
  • Greens
  • Kale
  • Mushrooms
  • Okra
  • Spinach
